What to Expect
For most of the session you will be on a massage table fully dressed with your shoes off. You may wish to wear comfortable clothing such as pants or shorts, which allows for flexible movement.
Each kinesiology session is a unique experience, but most follow a structured format:

1. Consultation: We start with a conversation about your concerns, goals, and health history.

2. Muscle Monitoring: Using gentle muscle testing, we assess imbalances in your body’s energy system.
​
3. Balancing Techniques: Corrections may include acupressure, sound, vibration, energetic, and auric corrections.​
4. Processing & Reflection: Many clients experience emotional or physical shifts as we release stored stress and tension.​
​
5. Guided Support: We ensure you leave the session feeling stable and provide insights or exercises to support your well-being between visits.


Many clients report having some after-effects from a Kinesiology session. These are just a result of the body re-organising its energy systems and integrating the healing process and none of them should be of concern.
Some common symptoms and states of being include but are not limited to:

It is possible to feel worse before you feel better. Though often unpleasant, this healing crisis is a sign that something is working. This kind of response doesn’t tend to last very long. It will often just be for 24 hours, or for a couple of days. Once that shifts, usually you will feel a lot better.

How many sessions are required?
​
The number of sessions is unique to each client, some clients may feel improvements after just one session, especially for minor issues, but a common recommendation is 3-6 sessions for addressing the root cause of symptoms. For deeper imbalances, a series of sessions, typically spaced 2-4 weeks apart, is often recommended to allow the body to adjust and rebalance, this seems to offer significant improvement for most issues. A lot of clients continue with regular monthly sessions to maintain their health and wellbeing.
